Karma Waters ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE BAKING MIX  

Our Gluten Free Baking Mix is a general purpose baking mix easily used for:

  1. Baking muffins, cakes, pizza base, tarts, pies, etc. requiring only a simple electric grill for baking
  2. Baking bread manually or using a bread machine with gluten free program

Our baking mix does NOT contain egg, milk, soybean, colourant or preservatives.

Nutrition facts includes high energy, high protein, high calcium, zero cholesterol, zero sodium. 

Ingredients of our Gluten Free Baking Mix is red rice & beans.

With this mix we use bananas as a natural "solidifier" for baking and we do not use sorghum or others.

RECIPES OF KARMA WATERS ORGANIC GLUTEN FREE BAKING MIX  

Our mix is a healthy general purpose baking mix for bread, muffins, cakes, pizza base, tarts, pies, etc. 100% natural we use bananas not gum.

  

Recipe for making gluten free bread using home bread machine:

  1. Remove the bread pan from the bread machine and fit the kneader

  2. Pour wet ingredients and then add dry ingredients (see below)

  3. Use the spatula to mix them well and scrape down all the ingredients into the mix

  4. Insert and lock the bread pan in the bread machine

  5. Choose the baking program from the bread machine that bakes gluten free bread

           Wet ingredients: 

- 500 ml warm water

- 2 1/2 tea spoons dried yeast

- 5 TBSP olive oil

- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

- 3 bananas (blended in blender until smooth)

            Dry ingredients:

            - 450 gm gluten free baking mix

            - 2 TBSP arrowroot starch

            - 1 tea spoon salt

 

 Recipe for making gluten free bread using home oven:

  1. Whip wet & dried ingredients separately well. Then mix them together and beat/whip for 30 minutes

  2. Leave it to rise for 30 minutes (cover with the cloth)

  3. Put in the oven to rise at low heat 100 degrees C with top & bottom bars (like warming the mixture) for 30 minutes

  4. Finally bake in oven at 250 degrees C from 40 - 45 minutes.

           Wet ingredients: 

- 500 ml warm water

- 2 1/2 tea spoons dried yeast

- 5 TBSP olive oil

- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

- 3 bananas (blended in blender until smooth)

            Dry ingredients:

            - 450 gm gluten free baking mix

            - 2 TBSP arrowroot starch

            - 2 TBSP glutinous flour

            - 1 tea spoon salt

            - 2 tea spoons baking soda powder

  

 Recipe for coconut muffins:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well together set aside.

  2. Mix all wet ingredients well together then pour this mixture into the dry ingredients stiring well.

  3. Lightly grease muffin cups & pour the mix into cups.

  4. Bake at 200-220 degrees C in oven for 25-30 minutes.

           Wet ingredients: 

- 400 ml coconut milk

- 120 ml olive/ vegetable oil

- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

           Dry ingredients;

            - 240 gm gluten free baking mix

            - 1/3 tsp salt

            - 140 gm brown sugar

            - 3 tsp baking soda powder

            - 2 cups coconut flakes

            - 4 TBSP dried raisins
